What I'm looking for

I seek academic or practice-oriented roles combining teaching, research and applied consultancy in operations, sustainability and project management, with opportunities to mentor and lead industry-academic initiatives.

I am a seasoned operations and project management professional with over four decades of industry and academic experience, specializing in industrial sustainability, energy management, project planning and execution, and world-class manufacturing. I have led large capital projects, energy-efficiency programs, and sustainability reporting initiatives across India, Indonesia and multiple international consultancies, and hold a Ph.D. in Operations Research.

I combine practical engineering and project leadership with teaching and research—having authored papers, books/chapters, delivered invited lectures, guided student projects, and organized training programs. My achievements include major mill and power projects, implementation of ISO systems, PMP certification, GRI sustainability reporting work, and a gold medal for a PGCM capstone project on forecasting sustainable development goals.
