Ariel Reyes

I’m a Licensed Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience in vertical construction for residential and commercial projects. I focus on execution that adheres to proper methodologies, project schedules, and safety and engineering standards.

In my current role as a Junior Engineer at Baseline Construction Corporation, I supervise earthworks and finishing works (masonry, painting, ceilings, floor/wall finishing, and waterproofing) while ensuring compliance with procedures and quality requirements. I also act as project site deputy, serving as Project in-charge in the absence of the Project in-charge, and I provide cutting lists for rebars and supervise rebar installation.

I previously served as a Site Engineer at RJYU Management Services for an 18-storey mixed-use building with a basement. I coordinated with general contractors and trades to meet the project schedule, improved site safety through regular inspections, led client and stakeholder update meetings, and strengthened quality control by addressing non-compliance issues with corrective actions.
