Cesar Jhon Felipe

I’m a results-driven Licensed Civil Engineer with experience across residential and land development projects. I’m licensed as a Civil Engineer (April 2023) and I focus on quality delivery through clear planning, accurate estimates, and consistent site oversight.

At JC2 Architecture Studio, I worked as a Site Engineer and later as a Jr. Project-In-Charge. I supervised daily construction operations, monitored site progress, and prepared construction status reports, while also supporting as-built survey works and staking-out activities. For renovation and land development scopes, I coordinated with the project team, reviewed design solutions, and prepared quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and project schedules—always keeping safety and quality standards in mind.

I bring strong coordination skills and attention to detail when working with contractors, workers, and project stakeholders. I’m proficient with engineering software and documentation tools including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Planswift, and Microsoft Office, and I’ve trained in scheduling and control using PERT & CPM and Primavera P6, plus total station operation.
