Geniper Caboteja

I’m a civil engineer focused on evaluating and developing construction solutions, from planning through on-site supervision. I’ve supported field engineering during my OJT at My Sabella Subdivision and then advanced into project roles with JBL Builders. My background blends project planning, coordination, and budgeting with practical construction oversight.

I bring hands-on training in reinforced concrete works, formworks design and fabrication, and construction quality control/material testing, plus NCII training in tile setting. With strengths in leadership, teamwork, collaboration, and risk assessment, I aim to deliver safe, cost-aware, and well-managed project outcomes.
