What I'm looking for

I seek analytic roles applying rigorous quantitative methods to policy or program evaluation, collaborative teams, reproducible workflows, and opportunities to influence institutional accountability.

I am a research associate and data analyst with advanced quantitative training and experience translating complex statistical findings into clear, public-facing narratives. I work across R, SQL, Stata, Python, and visualization tools to produce reproducible analyses and documentation for publication and stakeholder dissemination.

My background includes extracting, cleaning, and integrating multi-source administrative and survey datasets, developing data validation and quality-control workflows, and conducting regression modeling, trend analysis, and composite measure construction to support faculty research and program evaluation.

I am highly detail-oriented, experienced managing multi-stage research workflows under deadlines, and committed to higher education policy and institutional accountability. I collaborate effectively with faculty, program staff, and community partners to align methods and reporting with stakeholder needs.
