What I'm looking for

I'm looking to grow in community-centered program management, grant development, youth engagement, and global partnership work that creates measurable access to education, resources, and cultural programming.

I've coordinated youth, cultural, and community programs with Give & Surf, Sankofa Video Books & Café, and the Organization for Black Struggle. At Sankofa, I coordinated 15+ programs for 500+ attendees and helped drive a 35% increase in participation through digital marketing and outreach.

I've also led global fellowship planning across five continents, conducted community-based research in Kenya, Colombia, Costa Rica, Jamaica, and Zanzibar, and developed grant-writing skills in funder scoping, proposal drafting, budgeting, logic models, and impact reporting.
