I seek a client-centered role delivering evidence-based virtual psychotherapy in a culturally inclusive team, with opportunities for clinical growth and collaborative interdisciplinary work.

I am a compassionate, client-centered Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering virtual psychotherapy grounded in culturally sensitive, inclusive care. I build strong therapeutic alliances and apply evidence-based interventions to support client growth.

I have practicum experience providing virtual therapy for anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD, and life transitions, using CBT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness-based therapy, and psychoeducation to help clients develop coping strategies and emotional regulation.
