I am looking for a role that allows me to support mental health, foster collaboration, and promote well-being in a professional environment.

I am a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology candidate with a strong foundation in client-centered care and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My journey in the mental health field has been marked by a commitment to enhancing the well-being of individuals through compassionate support and advocacy.

Throughout my experiences, I have had the privilege of working in various roles that have allowed me to make a significant impact. As a Simulated Patient at the Clinical Learning Resource Centre, I enhanced over 500 students' understanding of patient care, improving their learning outcomes by 30%. My role as a Pandemic Support Assistant enabled me to screen over 3,000 hospital entrants for COVID-19 symptoms, ensuring a seamless transition for triaging and significantly reducing wait times.

In addition to my professional experiences, I have volunteered as a Peer Volunteer, providing long-term emotional support to individuals struggling with depression and anxiety. This role has deepened my understanding of the importance of mental health support and the power of building rapport with clients.
