What I'm looking for

I’m looking to begin a professional career in software testing.

At Ristorante Pistrocchio, I handled cash and card payments, Satispay transactions, and 40–50 receipts per evening, with attention to accuracy and checking.

I also managed orders and reservations in person, by phone, and online, including Just Eat deliveries. I supported customer service in a busy environment, working with the dining room and kitchen teams.

During my curricular internship at Pasticceria Giorcelli, I supported basic pastry preparation, counter service, and cash handling.

I’m looking to begin a career in software testing. My preparation includes ECDL Base, Excel Base, and Artificial Intelligence training, alongside experience following procedures and handling detailed work.
