I’m looking for a role where I can support Oracle/MS SQL and Linux-based systems end-to-end—troubleshooting with SQL and logs, handling migrations/load balancers for high availability, and maintaining critical data flows with a strong customer-focused mindset.

I’m a Technical Support Engineer who delivers advanced support for Oracle and MS SQL-based enterprise applications, turning complex issues into clear, actionable fixes. I create and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, troubleshooting, and business reporting, and I use Linux environments for application log tracing, precheck scripting, and deployment tasks.

I also focus on reliability and continuity: I’ve handled server migrations to Load Balancer configurations to ensure high availability, supported and maintained critical RPM (Retail Price Management) systems, and troubleshot pricing feeds and data discrepancies.
