What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Lead Backend role where I can stay hands-on while owning architecture, technical direction, and complex initiatives. I value remote-first teams with strong engineering culture, autonomy, mentorship, and pragmatic decision-making. I want to build scalable systems and have meaningful product and business impact.

At Nykaa, I built affiliate commerce systems that supported ₹32L+ quarterly NSV, 2x offer conversion, and ₹40.5L+ in Phase 1 storefront revenue. I also architected Kafka-based personalization pipelines processing 6M+ daily requests and generating 700K+ user profiles.

Previously at Momspresso, I built backend services, data pipelines, and recommendation systems for high-volume content delivery. I focus on Python, distributed systems, API reliability, databases, cloud infrastructure, performance, and engineering enablement.
