At Disney, I led technical design and cross-team integration for a BizOps/GTM offer platform, translating partially defined requirements into API- and event-driven workflows. I also led productionization of Conductor, an agentic natural-language interface for BizOps, with validation and guardrails for production-beta users.
At Taylor & Francis Technology Services LLP, I drove a shift from monthly manual ML retraining to a continuous event-driven platform, reducing retraining time by 30%. I also set technical direction across a five-team initiative and architected an NLP-based journal recommender recognized with the Top Team Award.
Earlier, at Creative Advanced Technologies, I led a monolith migration into eight domain-oriented services and an integration-platform redesign processing 700Kâ1M events per day. My work has also included building a product and engineering organization at RQB Technologies, delivering a credit-card statement platform for IndiaLends, and developing a Rust-based live AI call scorer for my M.Tech dissertation.
