At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I executed end-to-end payroll data migrations from legacy systems to Dayforce, achieving zero critical post-go-live payroll errors.
I mapped, converted, and validated payroll and employee data, reconciling results through parallel payroll runs. I also configured payroll rules, earning and deduction codes, and pay policies during client implementations.
Earlier at TCS, I tested US payroll calculation logic, gross-to-net processing, and compliance rules, and developed and tested .NET modules for enterprise payroll systems. On an international assignment in the UK, I supported testing and release validation for enterprise banking mainframe systems.
After a career break for family relocation to the US, I’ve maintained my payroll and HRIS domain currency through self-directed upskilling. I’m currently working toward the Fundamental Payroll Certification and building my skills in HRIS configuration, SQL, and Power BI.
