Aram Katz

As an experienced educator, I have dedicated my career to teaching high school students in various subjects, including Environmental Science, Geography, Government, History, and Economics. My teaching experience spans across multiple educational systems, including AP, IGCSE, and A-Level curricula. I strive to create a proactive learning environment that connects academic concepts to students' real-life experiences, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation for the subjects I teach.

In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I have taken on leadership roles, such as Head of Department for Humanities and Dean of Students. I have developed curricula and mentored student teachers, ensuring that they are well-prepared for their teaching careers. My commitment to education extends beyond the classroom, as I also coach football and baseball at both the junior varsity and varsity levels, promoting teamwork and discipline among my students.

My passion for education is complemented by my writing endeavors, including the publication of my novel, "Hell's Half Acre," and my involvement in film production. I believe that my diverse experiences enrich my teaching and provide unique perspectives that I can share with my students.
