At Purebrew Naturals (Pvt.) Ltd., I oversee operations for Aura Premium Tea, including tea sourcing, packaging, inventory and order fulfilment. I coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
I also oversee budgets, forecasts and product costing to support pricing and expenditure control. My work includes managing e-commerce operations and coordinating marketing activity, customer acquisition and retention.
Before becoming Director of Operations, I supported Aura’s launch as a Senior Accountant, preparing financial statements and management reports and analysing costs. I draw on a family tea wholesale background dating to 1960.
