I built an AI-powered lead qualification and outreach workflow in n8n that reads leads from Google Sheets, filters them by budget, drafts personalized messages with an AI agent, and sends them through Gmail.
I tested the workflow end to end on a sample lead dataset and added checks, wait intervals, and retries for blank emails, API rate limits, and failed updates. I also built a second workflow that classifies leads by priority and routes them to follow-up actions.
I'm currently developing a lead intake system that connects Google Forms to n8n through webhooks, with validation, duplicate checking, AI classification, and logging.
For FlowPilot AI, I built a customer support automation in n8n that retrieves customer and order information, applies business rules, and escalates cases requiring human approval. My background also includes freelance social media marketing for two clients.
