I built an AI-powered Instagram messaging workflow using n8n, Meta webhooks, and the Instagram Messaging API. It handles customer inquiries, detects buying intent, collects customer details, and supports human handoff.
In my independent AI automation projects, I also built email workflows for incoming messages and customer follow-ups, and designed a lead operations system to organize prospects and track conversations.
I’ve set up self-hosted n8n in Docker and connected external services through public webhooks. I also built and refined a portfolio and service website to present automation services and technical projects.
