What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote, hybrid, or on-site administrative and compliance-support work. I want a role where I can strengthen audit readiness through accurate financial controls, inventory documentation, HR compliance checks, and clear operational reporting with full timezone flexibility.

I’m an operations and compliance support professional with 15 months of hands-on experience across four McDonald’s locations, where I was trained directly by Restaurant and Area Management. I handle admin, audit preparation, and compliance coordination alongside standard crew responsibilities, with a strong focus on getting stores ready for internal risk audits.

I verify cash reconciliation and deposit packages, maintain inventory and supplier documentation accuracy, and conduct employee file checks to support HR compliance. I also build and update operational audit trackers, manage workforce and attendance records for payroll readiness, and escalate violations quickly to reduce risk before reviews.
