What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a financial-services opportunity focused on Compliance, Risk, Governance, GRC, or Regulatory Operations, where I can apply audit, controls, investigation, reporting, and people-leadership experience while continuing my RE5 preparation and accounting studies.

At HGS South Africa, I conduct compliance audits, investigate exceptions, analyse Excel data, and present weekly compliance and performance insights to senior leadership. I also mentor Compliance Officers and facilitate training and calibration sessions to strengthen audit standards and consistent application of requirements.

My operations background spans Dash BPO, MultiChoice Group, Merchants SA, and iContact, where I led high-volume customer-service teams, managed escalations, monitored quality and KPIs, and closed operational gaps with cross-functional partners. At Merchants SA, I progressed from Billing Agent to Coach, New Hire Team Leader, and Duty Manager.

I'm transitioning into financial services with a focus on Compliance, Risk, Governance, GRC, and Regulatory Operations, supported by my Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting studies and planned RE5 Regulatory Examination.
