At Prinston Smart Engineers, I built a Python analytics platform that turns customer feedback into prioritized issues. I brought together Play Store reviews, WhatsApp screenshots, and support tickets through a FastAPI REST backend.
On Ask My Docs, I built and deployed a RAG API with hybrid retrieval and cross-encoder reranking, doubling Hit@1 accuracy against BM25 alone on a 20-query benchmark. I also rebuilt the project as a multi-user FastAPI backend with JWT authentication and PostgreSQL-backed storage.
I built UPI Offline Mesh to simulate offline-first payment propagation across five devices, with persistent transaction state and Redis-backed replay protection. I also contributed a bug fix and regression test to LiteLLM.
