@app
I keep Azure healthcare and .NET applications reliable through monitoring, incident resolution, and automation.
What I'm looking for
At FinThrive, I maintain the availability and stability of production healthcare applications on Azure. I monitor systems with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, manage PagerDuty alerts, and lead root cause analysis across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
Previously at Mindtree on the Microsoft Azure PaaS team, I supported enterprise .NET applications hosted on Azure App Services. I diagnosed code exceptions, performance degradation, connection failures, HTTP errors, and authentication issues using KQL, Application Insights, and Azure Diagnostic Logs.
I work closely with Development, DevOps, Product, and Operations teams to resolve critical incidents, support low-risk CI/CD releases, improve alerting, and strengthen long-term system reliability. I also create troubleshooting guides and mentor junior engineers.
