At MONOTIKI M.E.P.E., I’m responsible for the business’s P&L and day-to-day management, covering operations, finance, cash flow and procurement. I oversee industrial project delivery for clients in refining, petrochemicals, power generation and manufacturing.
I manage commercial relationships with key clients and suppliers, from negotiations and tendering through contract delivery. I also lead employees and multidisciplinary site teams while overseeing health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
Before returning to MONOTIKI M as Chief of Staff, I worked in strategy consulting at Deloitte, EY & EY INNOVALUE and Value Partners Management Consulting. My engagements included developing a tourism strategy and visitor-demand model for NEOM – OXAGON and supporting commercial due diligence, operating-model design and market analysis.
