What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead projects or operations where I can strengthen financial controls, improve processes, manage teams, and deliver effective EU-funded, public-sector, or service-business initiatives.

I've led EU-funded development and health-administration projects for Euroconsultants S.A., EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A., Greek ministries, and local authorities. I managed the analysis, auditing, restructuring, training, reporting, and payment approval processes behind major Community Support Framework initiatives and hospital financial procedures.

Alongside public-sector work, I've built and managed Bistro Biscotto, La Bodega Gastrobar, a school canteen, and the Dentrospito kindergarten. I bring hands-on experience in budgets, staff leadership, supplier relationships, compliance, customer service, menu planning, events, and operational improvement.
