What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build governed AI-native products that connect agents, deterministic tools, APIs, business context, and human approvals into reliable, traceable operational workflows.

At Brownsmith Dynamics, I design and prototype AI-native operational systems that combine agent orchestration, MCP-enabled tools, business context, and human approvals for traceable workflows. I built a Python system that reduced five days of work to approximately 17 minutes across $10M+ in annual transaction data and produced 11 reports.

Previously at Avaya, I maintained a distributed production platform of 16 Dockerised Go and Java microservices on Kubernetes, Kafka, and Azure under a 99.9% availability requirement. I owned backend delivery while coordinating frontend, QA, DevOps, testing, server changes, and product management across a multi-country team.

I'm focused on building AI systems where LLMs orchestrate reliable software, APIs, and business processes rather than replace them. My foundation also includes independently owning multilingual Python data pipelines, full-stack delivery, automation, and customer-facing implementation.
