What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build reliable, observable AI systems that bring LLM research into production, especially across retrieval, agent orchestration, evaluation, and enterprise AI platforms.

I've built production-focused AI systems at Maxnet Technologies, including a queue-based RPA orchestration engine that safely ran 20+ scheduled automations and reduced manual scheduling and monitoring effort by about 90%.

I build LLM applications spanning retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent orchestration, natural-language-to-SQL workflows, and AI observability. My projects include Nexus, an AI data analyst and reporting platform, OmniMind, a multi-source intelligence assistant with CI-gated evaluation, and SpiWave, a real-time voice AI assistant where fine-tuning improved valid JSON output from about 60% to 100%.

I'm passionate about reliable, observable AI systems that bridge research and production, backed by strong foundations in NLP and distributed systems.
