At Deloitte, I identified a UX gap in an engineer-heavy team and introduced an end-to-end design process, using heuristic evaluations, wireframes, user stories, and personas to connect business goals with user needs. I also facilitated client workshops and requirements sessions, then conducted UAT to validate solutions.
For an Agentic AI program, I developed an AI Coach assistant that tracks team health across sprints and PIs, applying Agentic UX principles to make autonomous workflows more intuitive. The program ranked my work in the top 5.
At SHE CAN DO, I conducted user interviews and surveys, synthesized findings into personas and problem statements, and developed journey maps and Figma prototypes for usability testing. Earlier at Deloitte, I built React UI components and supported C# (.NET) and SQL integrations for a cloud audit platform, and developed ETL pipelines and Power BI dashboards for tax technology consulting.
