In my latest role, I oversaw end-to-end TLM and supported multiple business units through vendor onboarding. I performed risk analysis and compliance checks, managed the hire-to-retire lifecycle of vendors, and coordinated with stakeholders, procurement, and compliance teams to ensure controls stayed strong.

Before that, I handled governance and control processes as a Risk & Governance Analyst, conducting risk validation and ensuring adherence to internal policies. Earlier in my career, I managed full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing to coordination with hiring managers and stakeholders—then built customer-facing service expertise through roles including American Express and IBM Daksh.
