What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver high-quality AI/ML dataset labeling and quality review, while also supporting AWS-based systems, networking, and user training in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a results-driven ICT professional with over 7 years of progressive experience across system administration, AWS cloud computing, network management, IT support, and data annotation. I bridge technical and operational needs with strong communication, analytical thinking, and a commitment to continuous learning.

As a Data Annotator with Turing (June 2026–Present), I annotate and label complex datasets (text, image, audio, and code) for AI/ML model training pipelines. I review and quality-check annotations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance, while meeting daily and weekly targets and resolving ambiguous cases with QA reviewers and project leads.

Previously, as an IT Assistant / Receptionist at NewLife Cottage Hospital (Oct 2021–Dec 2025), I installed, configured, and maintained network and AWS cloud-based systems to ensure 99%+ uptime. I administered the MedicentreV3 system, trained end users, diagnosed AWS/system issues to minimize downtime, and developed and maintained the hospital’s WordPress website—pairing hands-on technical support with dependable service delivery.
