What I'm looking for

I want to teach Business Law, strategy, and ethics while mentoring students for career and life choices. I’ll bring practical APAC compliance and legal experience to help students apply law to daily business decisions, supported by strong course management and assessments.

I’m a Singapore-based Business Lecturer applicant with a PhD in International Business and Law, plus an LLB and LLM, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. I bring a rare blend of business acumen and law mastery, and I’m known for proficiency in public speaking and teaching with confidence for varying audiences.

For the past several years, I’ve been working in the advertising and media and corporate governance environment, including WPP Head of Compliance & Ethics, APAC. In that role, I lead business integrity programme implementation in APAC, build training programs on business integrity topics, and provide strategic guidance on complex legal or policy interpretation—covering areas such as Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Fraud, Bribery & Corruption, Gifts & Hospitality, Third Party Relationships, Procurement Policy, and Trade Sanctions.

I’ve also lectured Business Law, Entrepreneurship & Business Strategy, Business Management, and Elements of Business at institutions in Singapore including Nanyang Technological University and Singapore Institute of Management. After contractual restrictions paused lecturing briefly, I continued teaching through private group tutorials in Business Law and Business Management pro-bono, and I’ve supported student growth through mentoring, course management, module assessments, and student evaluation practices.

My teaching approach is practical and values-driven: I help students understand “how law applies in their daily life,” and how to manage business issues with ethical decision-making. With experience in founding leadership teams and APAC expansion work, I’m eager to mentor students in career aspirations and life choices, supporting a healthy mindset to achieve their dreams.
