I’m looking for an IT project management role where I can lead cross-functional teams end-to-end, manage risks, and use analytics to improve product user experience—while delivering reliably on time.

I’m an IT Project Manager who delivers successful projects on time while driving organizational growth through technology-driven solutions. I enjoy identifying loopholes in projects, analyzing team performance, and using advanced problem-solving to keep execution steady—especially under pressure.

In my current work, I manage in-house product development for Galli Express, overseeing planning, execution, and enhancement of the platform. I’ve led web and mobile development for Area Representative and built dashboards for eSewa, while coordinating stakeholders to align product features with business objectives and improve functionality through user feedback and market trends.

Previously, as an Associate Project Manager, I managed delivery for banks such as Nabil and NIMB and led client website development for Kathmandu College of Management, along with a software development project for VERRA. Earlier, I built mobile applications as an Android Developer, which supports how I approach app development and cross-functional collaboration today.
