What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality assurance and testing strategy in Agile or SAFe environments, partnering across business and delivery teams to improve release quality, predictability, and continuous delivery.

I've spent 11 years in IT across banking, financial services, and insurance, focused on business systems analysis and quality assurance.

At LTIMindtree, I supported Nordea Bank as a Test Lead, coordinating functional testing, release planning, release documentation, regression testing, and production sign-off across Agile teams.

I established QA processes and team Ways of Working, led defect triage and root cause analysis, and worked with business systems teams on UAT. My focus is improving delivery quality, predictability, and production stability.
