I'm looking to build scalable, cloud-native, AI-integrated products where I can shape technical direction, automate complex workflows, mentor teams, and deliver secure enterprise systems with measurable impact.

At Payfederate, I lead development of an AI-powered Compensation Management Platform for transparent pay equity, embedding Spring AI agents for real-time pay benchmarking and job-pricing recommendations.

As a founding engineer, I shape the product roadmap, mentor a full-stack team, and build secure, scalable Java, Spring Boot, Angular, AWS, and DocumentDB services that automate compensation workflows.

Previously at AMPS Healthcare, I developed microservices processing more than 100k healthcare claims daily and built React applications that automated claim-processing workflows. I also led technical delivery, mentored junior developers, and improved system reliability through code reviews, troubleshooting, and API-centric architecture.
