At NOIR COFFEE LAB, I support day-to-day café operations, coordinating staff, inventory and service while maintaining product quality and customer experience. I train team members in beverage preparation and operating procedures, and contribute to developing and refining beverages.
I spearheaded sustainability initiatives at the café, including recycling and reusing spent coffee grounds, composting organic waste and reducing single-use plastics. As a Legal & External Affairs Intern at CARIB BREWERY LIMITED, I supported ESG data collection and reporting, regulatory compliance updates and sustainability initiatives.
