I’m an ERP-focused Technical Recruiter with experience in US IT Recruitment, delivering end-to-end hiring for SAP, Oracle, and Workday enterprise application roles. In my recent role at Dexian India Services (Pune), I delivered end-to-end US IT recruitment for ERP and enterprise application roles, successfully closing 5 placements for Fortune 500 clients in the US market. I specialized in SAP (FICO, CO, MM, SD, PP), Oracle ERP, and Workday hiring while collaborating closely with onshore teams and direct clients.

I bring hands-on exposure to SAP and Oracle environments, including migrations, system integrations, and go-live delivery. My SAP domain strength spans modules such as SD, MM, OTC, P2P, SCM, EWM, PP, QM, and PM, with enterprise hiring experience across BFSI, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Healthcare.

I’m comfortable operating across US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) and using ATS and hiring platforms like Bullhorn ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, supported by sourcing tools such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Naukri. Alongside recruiting, I’ve also built quality-testing discipline through manual, functional, and regression testing—logging defects in JIRA and performing API testing with Postman.
