At Elevance Health, I develop HIPAA-compliant healthcare applications for claims, provider onboarding, and authorization workflows. I also built internal assistants using Azure OpenAI and Semantic Kernel with RAG to reduce manual policy research and speed up information retrieval.
At Citibank, I designed distributed payment services and helped modernize payment processing with ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX messaging. I also developed AI-powered banking services for fraud investigations and operational knowledge retrieval.
Earlier, I developed statewide taxation platforms for the State of Kentucky, healthcare scheduling platforms at Sistine, and sales and distribution systems at ITC Limited. Across these projects, I’ve worked on enterprise integrations, cloud-native applications, and full-stack products in healthcare, banking, government, and commerce.
