I develop engineers through coaching, feedback, and career planning, and participate in hiring for the Fixed Income organization. Across distributed, event-driven, and microservices-based systems, I guide technical decisions using C#/.NET, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure, and AKS.

Earlier, at Itaú Unibanco, I led solution architecture across the Credit Recovery Tribe, influencing seven engineering squads through technical direction and architecture governance. At CAS Tecnologia, I led an initiative to containerize three core systems; my experience also includes financial-market software and managing a construction-materials retail business.
