I’m looking for a role where I can protect and grow a high-profile brand’s online reputation through proactive community management, fast crisis-ready responses, and strong stakeholder coordination—ideally within fast-paced, aviation-adjacent environments.

I’m a Social Media Community Manager with over three years of experience managing online brand reputation for Frankfurt Airport, one of Europe’s most high-profile aviation brands. I focus on maintaining a consistent, professional brand voice—even under pressure—while protecting and strengthening community trust.

In my current role at Mindpearl SA, I manage DMs, comments, and posts across social channels for Frankfurt Airport. I liaise with UGC creators, brand partners, and sponsors to ensure community engagement aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines, and I keep communication tone-consistent across all platforms.

I’m also experienced in crisis communications: I monitor emerging issues, draft rapid-responses, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and present public resolutions in both German and English. This combination of speed, accuracy, and brand discipline helps me uphold a positive online reputation in high-stakes situations.

Before shifting fully into community management, I built a foundation in aviation load control operations. As a German Load Control Agent at Global Load Control, I supported high-risk aviation load planning, weight & balance calculations, and time-critical load sheet distribution to flight crew, while maintaining precise data entry across systems to protect aircraft safety and schedule integrity.
