At Avantik, I execute in-shop repairs that are too complex for field service or require specialized HVAC training. I document service activities in DFS Dynamics 365 CMMS and coordinate with customers, vendors, and the Field Service team.

I also supervise scheduling and training initiatives for shop technicians. My work includes managing the logistics of shipping specialized medical equipment and servicing tools across the U.S.

Previously, as General Manager at The Blue Fish in Plano, I optimized operations, scheduling, and training for 35 employees across four teams. I also facilitated vendor transactions totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars.

I earned an Associate of Applied Science in Biomedical Equipment Technology from Collin College. I’m eager to apply my technical skills to support patient care by helping ensure the safety and reliable operation of diagnostic imaging systems.
