What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote or hybrid opportunities in recruitment coordination, talent sourcing, HR support, operations coordination, administrative support, documentation, and process follow-up.

I am an Administration professional with experience in operations, recruitment, talent acquisition, personnel coordination, and industrial maintenance. My background combines a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with technical training in Industrial Electronics.

I have supported production continuity at Gamesa Plant through Eulen de México, working with electromechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, TPM, safety, and coordination with Production and Quality teams. I have also worked in recruitment and selection at Financiera CAME and led high-volume field recruiting for automotive and industrial clients.

My experience includes candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding follow-up, personnel supervision, operational reporting, documentation, process follow-up, and coordination.
