I am a Logistics Coordinator with experience managing day-to-day delivery operations, coordinating fleet dispatch, optimizing delivery routes, and resolving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. In my current role, I coordinate operations involving approximately 4–11 vehicles and 40–100 deliveries per day, working closely with drivers, transactors, management, and other stakeholders to ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and within required time windows.

One of my key achievements has been contributing to route-planning improvements that increased delivery efficiency by approximately 20%. I have also used Excel and Google Sheets to analyze delivery volumes, vehicle utilization, travel distances, and profitability, helping identify opportunities to improve operational performance and inform business decisions.

My experience includes delivery scheduling, fleet coordination, driver support, maintenance coordination, operational documentation, compliance procedures, customer issue resolution, and real-time dispatch management. I regularly use Onfleet, Excel, Google Sheets, Google Maps, Slack, and other tools to coordinate workflows and support daily operations. I also have experience serving as the manager on duty, handling operational decisions independently and escalating more complex issues when necessary.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida and have completed Google's Data Analytics Specialization. My technical and analytical background has strengthened my problem-solving abilities and my interest in using data to improve business processes and operational efficiency.

I enjoy solving logistical challenges, improving processes, analyzing performance, and finding practical ways to make teams and businesses more efficient. I am particularly interested in opportunities in logistics, transportation, fleet operations, dispatch management, and business operations, with a long-term goal of progressing into operations management and leadership.
