At Brydg, I lead international strategy, GTM and product partnerships for a regulated fintech group, shaping market-entry, permissions and commercial decisions across jurisdictions. I built the financial model and investor materials for an eight-figure institutional raise, led vendor negotiations through signed terms, and developed partnerships that brought merchant-bank, origination and listing opportunities.
Before Brydg, I founded and ran JUNO International through two pivots, owning its P&L, product, partnerships and delivery. I redesigned compliant payment flows, shifted the business to subscription-based course distribution, built a 2,000+ contact education-agent CRM, and use Python, AI and automation to turn manual work into repeatable systems.
