ANTHONY TAMUSUZA
@anthonytamusuza
I build secure, data-driven full-stack applications and lead statistical work across humanitarian and education domains.
What I'm looking for
I’m a full-stack and data professional who turns survey and operational data into secure, usable systems. As a private consultant, I’ve built ASP.NET/MVC applications with SQL Server/MySQL/SQLite back ends, RESTful APIs returning JSON, and role-based authorization—often with MFA via email OTP.
I also lead end-to-end survey and evaluation workflows: I’ve been a Data Manager and the lead data person on an end of project evaluation activity, handling CAPI design, enumerator training, tablet deployment, data collation, and preliminary analysis using SurveyCTO and Stata.
Across UN and FAO assignments, I’ve validated evidence for censuses, designed and deployed CAPI systems with Survey Solutions, produced tabulation plan reports, and supported online data collection tools (ODK, Kobo Toolbox, XLSForms, ActivityInfo workflows). I’m driven by rigorous survey methodology and by building data pipelines that are fast to use, hard to misuse, and easy to understand.
