I'm looking to build prompt- and guideline-driven content systems that help teams create accurate, human-sounding work at scale, combining editorial judgment, AI workflow design, documentation, QA and cross-functional collaboration.

At Innodata, I led 20+ generative AI annotation pilots and production sprints for a major global technology client, turning evolving requirements into scalable prompts, rubrics, style guides, SOPs, FAQs and QA workflows.

I've spent nearly 20 years making complex information useful across public agencies, technical programs, education, journalism and athletics. As Pueblo West Metropolitan District's sole communications professional, I led content strategy for a CivicPlus website rebuild and wrote across web, social, media, employee and executive communications for roughly 34,000 residents.

I bring strong editorial judgment, voice adaptation and hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini to build accurate, human-sounding content systems. My work combines content strategy, technical writing, SEO fundamentals, analytics-informed improvement and practical training for teams adapting to changing requirements.
