What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver hands-on patient support, lead safety and compliance efforts, and train staff—growing a culture of health, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Licensed Practical Nurse and Safety Auditor at Roadrunner Health Services, where I focus on “provided top quality healthcare” by helping prevent disease and illness. I contribute to a culture of health, safety, production, and professionalism among my peers and across the organization.

I’m trained to recognize patterns and detail—observing, assessing, and recording symptoms, reactions, and patient progress. I also support ongoing readiness by coordinating and presenting monthly safety sales and marketing sessions.

I teach and certify nurses and detention staff in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) across New Mexico. I also ensure HIPAA compliance across all facilities under the RHS umbrella and help confirm alignment with Occupational Health & Safety Bureau standards.

Before my healthcare path, I built strong people skills through multi-department hospitality roles as an Events Coordinator, Banquet Coordinator, and Guest Server/Trainer at well-known Albuquerque organizations. I supported guest needs, coordinated events, and trained newly hired staff—experiences that still shape how I communicate and deliver instruction today.
