I'm seeking an opportunity to contribute strong clinical skills to a fast-paced healthcare team delivering safe, client-centered, evidence-based care.

At Banner Boswell Medical Center, I provide comprehensive care for 5+ patients per shift, using assessment findings, diagnostic data, physician orders, and patient and family input to guide individualized care plans.

I coordinate with providers, nurses, case management, and interdisciplinary teams while documenting assessments, interventions, education, and changes in condition in the electronic health record.

My clinical rotations across medical-surgical, behavioral health, and pediatrics strengthened my experience with medication administration, wound care, safety monitoring, mobility support, discharge planning, and family education.

Before nursing, I built a foundation in quality assurance, training, compliance, coaching, and process improvement at USAA. I bring that same focus on accuracy, communication, and client-centered service to fast-paced healthcare teams.
