What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote BI work where I can replace manual, unreliable reporting with trusted data models, useful KPIs and dashboards that help teams make better decisions.

I've brought HR reporting in-house at First Bus, saving approximately £60,000 per year and avoiding nearly £250,000 of planned contract cost. I build Power BI solutions that turn fragmented data, manual processes and unreliable reporting into structured models, KPIs and dashboards people can use confidently.

Across First Bus, Legal & General Investment Management, Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water and Wales & West Utilities, I've delivered and governed reporting in Power BI, Tableau and QlikView. I combine hands-on development, SQL, DAX, ETL and data modelling with stakeholder engagement, user training and a focus on reporting that supports real decisions.
