I led the center’s digital transformation by implementing custom software and using digital tools to manage billing, inventory, and business data, reducing operational costs.
For my engineering project, I developed a cross-platform Android application for payment and athletic training management using Flutter and Firebase. It supports real-time tracking of payments, attendance, and athletic performance, with secure user profiles, administrative access levels, and automated billing notifications.
