At Montessori School of Pleasanton (MWI), I guide mixed-age classroom routines, plan individualized lessons using Montessori materials, and use child observations to adjust activities for readiness and independence.

Previously, at Mission Valley Montessori (MWI), I delivered AMI-based lessons for the 3–6 age group, led class projects, and served as the primary liaison for prospective families during enrollment.

I also supported Montessori classrooms as a Teacher Assistant and Teacher Aid, and earlier coordinated office operations at US-India Strategic Partnership Forum. My education includes an M.Ed in Montessori Education, AMI Primary 3-6 Training, and an Ed.D in Educational Leadership in progress.
