What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that values collaboration and supports professional growth, where I can continue to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences.

As a passionate Montessori Classroom Teacher with over seven years of experience, I have dedicated my career to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. My role at Sand Montessori has allowed me to lead a team of educators, develop rigorous lesson plans, and implement effective academic interventions that have consistently resulted in all my kindergarten students reading at grade level by the end of the school year.

My commitment to professional development is evident through my participation in various trainings, including Unconscious Bias and the Role of Identity in Education, and I actively contribute to my school community as a member of the Local School Decision Making Committee and the Instructional Leadership Team. I believe in the importance of collaboration and continuous improvement, which drives my efforts to support both students and fellow educators in achieving their goals.
