Anshu Shrestha

I am an Assistant Project Coordinator with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science, focused on delivering software projects through Agile practices. I combine organizational rigor with a hands-on approach to product and design.

In my current role I manage project backlogs, prioritize tasks using estimation techniques, and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. I maintain project documentation, monitor milestones and velocity, and implemented a RACI matrix to improve team accountability and collaboration.

Previously, I interned as a UI/UX designer where I created intuitive mobile and web interfaces using Figma and Adobe XD and iterated designs based on stakeholder feedback. I led a team of four to build an IoT-based fire detection system that ranked in the top five at a college showcase and independently developed the MindArc MERN mental-health web app.

I bring a blend of project coordination, user-centered design, and full-stack development skills, and I am committed to contributing to product-focused teams where I can grow into greater technical and leadership responsibilities.
